At The Colour Collective Hair, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional salon experience that combines high quality with a relaxed atmosphere. Our thoughtfully designed salon reflects our commitment to excellence and comfort. By blending new and upcycled materials, we've created a space where every element harmoniously complements the other, ensuring that your visit is both luxurious and inviting.

Showcasing Nak Hair, we achieve the cleanest blondes, rich luxurious bold colors, and the darkest silk hues. Nak Hair products are Australian-made and owned, using organic ingredients and recycled plastics, furthering our dedication to sustainability and quality.

Is there parking available?

Yes. We have free parking available right outside the hair salon.​

​

I need to cancel or change my appointment, will I be charged?

We are a small, locally owned business and encourage our clients to respect our time and other clients.
Once you've booked your appointment with us, you will receive a confirmation message via text containing a secure link. This link will direct you to our deposit payment system, where we kindly ask for a deposit to secure your booking. We do this to ensure that both your time and our stylists time are respected.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or changes. We send appointment reminders through via text message in advance of your appointment date. Failure to give us more than 48 hours notice for an appointment change may result in losing the deposit and the deposits are non-refundable in the case of no-shows.

​How can I pay for my services?

We offer EFTPOS, cash or Zippay. Sorry, we do not accept American Express.

​Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer Zippay for all products and services. Please create an account at or prior to attending your appointment.

​Can I bring my children to my appointment?

We’ll do all we can to accommodate little ones…although we believe you deserve a little “me-time”! Unfortunately we don’t offer creche services.

​What if I am late?

It’s important all appointments commence on time. But, we’re only human and sometimes life doesn’t go to plan! If you are running late, it may cut into your allocated appointment time. To ensure we make the most of your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior. If you are running late, please give the salon a courtesy call and we’ll see if we can still accommodate you. In some cases, we may not be able to accommodate you. If you miss your appointment you will lose your deposit.

​What treatment/products should I use?

The Colour Collective Hair uses NAK Australia Hair products. Our stylists will recommend the best products to use on your tresses. Read more about Nak Hair products here.

​What if I have a medical condition?

Please advise us of any health conditions or medications you may be taking as it may affect the products we use in your hair. Please inform your stylist if you are pregnant as some of our treatments and products may not be safe.

Term's & Conditions


Welcome to The Colour Collective Hair! By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

General Terms
Service Agreement: By booking an appointment, you enter into a service agreement with The Colour Collective Hair, located at  2/19 Flinders lane, Maroochydoore (SunshineCove)
Amendments: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.


Appointments
Booking: All appointments must be booked through our website, phone, or in person.
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and you might lose your deposit.

 

Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, you might lose your deposit.
No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your booked appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and no refund will be given.

 

Deposits
Deposit Policy: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. If you cancel within 48 hours or do not show up, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

Clean Hair Policy
Clean Hair Requirement: Please arrive with clean hair and that any grey covering colour sprays or powders are removed. If additional cleaning is required, an additional cleaning fee of $20 will be applied.

 

Children Policy
Accompanied Minors: Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times during their visit.


Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are available only if you cancel due to illness. We are happy to accommodate a rescheduled appointment in such cases.

 

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

 

Health and Safety
Allergies and Sensitivities: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

 

Infection Control: We adhere to strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.

 

Liability
Personal Belongings: The Colour Collective Hair is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.

 

Hair and Skin Reactions: While we take utmost care, we are not liable for any adverse reactions to products used during your service.

Payment

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

​Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of service.

 

Privacy Policy
Personal Information: Any personal information you provide to us will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Social Media 
By using our services at The Colour Collective Hair, you agree to the following social media terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Use of Photographs and Videos
Consent for Photography and Videography: By receiving services at The Colour Collective Hair, you consent to being photographed or filmed during your appointment. These photographs and videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes on our social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.

Usage Rights: The Colour Collective Hair reserves the right to use any photographs and videos taken during your appointment for promotional purposes without compensation to you. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, website content, and printed marketing materials.

Opt-Out Option: If you do not wish to have your photograph or video taken, please inform your stylist or a member of our staff before your appointment begins. We will respect your request and ensure that no media is captured.

Client-Submitted Content
Client Photos and Reviews: We encourage clients to share their before and after photos and reviews on our social media pages. By tagging The Colour Collective Hair or using our branded hashtags, you grant us permission to repost and share your content on our social media platforms and website.

Credit for Client Photos: When reposting client photos, The Colour Collective Hair will give proper credit to the original creator by tagging their social media handle or mentioning their name, provided that information is available.

Social Media Engagement
Comments and Interactions: We encourage positive interactions on our social media platforms. Any comments or interactions deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful will be removed at our discretion. Repeat offenders may be blocked or reported.

Privacy and Confidentiality: Please avoid sharing personal or sensitive information in public comments on our social media posts. For specific inquiries or concerns, contact us directly via private message or through our website contact form.

Promotions and Giveaways
Participation Rules: Any promotions or giveaways run by The Colour Collective Hair will have specific terms and conditions outlined in the respective social media post. Participants must follow all rules to be eligible.

Winner Selection: Winners of giveaways will be chosen at random unless otherwise specified. Winners will be notified via direct message or as a comment on the original post. If a winner does not respond within 2 Days, a new winner will be selected.
